Glymestone Cottage is a special property converted to provide spacious, comfortable accommodation throughout the year. It has a lovely open plan sitting room with a wood-burning stove and comfy sofas piled high with cushions and blankets to make autumn and winter cosy; and French doors opening onto a ‘contemporary walled garden’ where you can relax after a pleasant day’s sightseeing during spring and summer .
The
kitchen, with it’s vaulted ceiling and oak beams opens up off the
sitting room with a dining table and chairs to enjoy meals with family
and friends. There is a superb double Belfast sink fitted into the
Fired Earth kitchen units. A dishwasher is, of course, provided for
those who do not wish to spend too much time at the

kitchen sink as
well as the usual facilities required for a comfortable stay.
There are two spacious bedrooms; one on the first floor with a bright, sunny aspect, views across the fields and a coffee table and chairs to enjoy a relaxing cup of tea. The downstairs bedroom is a spacious but cosy twin room which overlooks the garden. The contemporary bathroom has a walk-in shower, and a bath tub (especially for the children).
